We are looking for a Senior Manager - Business Development based in Hyderabad to take end-to-end responsibility for our sales cycle in the High-Purity Modular Process Systems (MPS) segments.

Job Summary and Role Focus:

Experience:	15+ years of proven success in driving sales and market share.
Education:	BE(Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/EC) / MBA (Marketing)
Skills:	Strong negotiation, relationship management, and a deep understanding of the Pharma industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aggressive business strategies to identify, target, and acquire new customers within the designated domestic zones for MPS solutions.
• Significantly increase PHS's market share in the high-purity systems domain.
• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive and secure repeat orders from existing customers, leveraging successful project delivery and product performance.
• Lead the entire sales process for the Modular Process System business, from lead generation and technical offer submission to successful negotiation and order finalization.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual order booking targets for the Domestic region.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Cross selling of other Praj business related to Pharma industry wherever applicable.
• Ensuring smooth project execution.
• Ensuring the commercials for the projects are cleared.
• Act as the primary interface between the customer and the internal Project Management and Execution teams’ post-order finalization.
• Ensure all project requirements, scope, and client expectations are clearly communicated to facilitate smooth, on-time project execution.
• Take complete ownership of the project commercials, including negotiation of payment terms, billing milestones, and ensuring the timely clearance of all project-related receivables and outstanding payments.
