Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving project sales,
leading a sales team, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening
relationships with key stakeholders including architects, builders,
contractors, consultants, developers, and channel partners. The role requires
strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to achieve
business objectives in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Drive project sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial,
and institutional projects.

Expand the company's presence in the assigned territory through strategic
customer acquisition.
Project Sales
-
Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants,
contractors, and project influencers.

Generate product specifications and convert projects into business
opportunities.

Monitor ongoing and upcoming construction projects to maximize sales
opportunities.
Team Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team
targets.

Monitor team performance through regular reviews and coaching.

Support the team in customer meetings, negotiations, and project closures.
Channel & Customer Management

Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Ensure effective coordination between project sales and channel sales.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Planning & Reporting

Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market intelligence reports.

Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and project
support.
