Role Purpose
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product marketing and
trade marketing initiatives to increase product adoption, strengthen retailer
and distributor engagement, and support business growth. The role involves
executing product launches, GTM strategies, marketing campaigns, business
analytics, sales tracking, and channel programs while working closely with
Sales, Product, Manufacturing, Finance, Design, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch & Go-To-Market

Plan and execute new product launches across key product categories.

Develop and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive product
adoption.

Coordinate launch communication, product availability, sales readiness, and
training.

Work closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to
ensure successful product launches.
Product & Trade Marketing
-
Design and execute product marketing campaigns to improve product awareness
and market penetration.

Develop channel marketing initiatives to support distributors and retailers.
-
Plan promotional campaigns and product activation programs.
-
Support product positioning, branding, and communication strategies.
Retailer & Distributor Engagement
-
Manage retailer participation programs and incentive schemes.
-
Drive distributor loyalty initiatives and engagement activities.

Plan and execute channel partner programs, dealer meets, and promotional
campaigns.

Support onboarding and activation of new retailers and distributors.
Business Analytics & Reporting

Monitor primary and secondary sales performance.
-
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market performance.
-
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance reviews.
-
Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and product
adoption.
Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Product
Development, Creative Agencies, and Channel Partners.

Ensure timely execution of product launches, campaigns, and marketing
initiatives.

Work closely with external agencies for creative development and campaign
execution.
