Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Retail Sales
Location:
Karimganj, Assam
Key Responsibilities

Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network.

Appoint new dealers and identify new business opportunities.
-
Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors.
-
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
-
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and
visibility.
-
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
-
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatches, and
collections.
-
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy receivables.
-
Prepare sales reports and share market feedback with management.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
Graduate in any discipline.
-
4–8 years of experience in retail/channel sales within the Building
Material industry.
-
Experience in products such as Plywood, Laminates, Adhesives, Paints,
Tiles, Sanitaryware, Hardware, Pipes, Cement, Steel, or related
categories.

Strong dealer/distributor management and market development skills.
-
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
-
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
