Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Retail Sales (Pipes Division)

Laminates, Cement, Construction Chemicals, Paints, Electricals, Roofing,
Tiles, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary and secondary sales through dealer and distributor network.

Appoint and develop dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Ensure market coverage, product availability, and visibility.

Build strong relationships with channel partners and influencers.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
-
Manage collections, outstanding payments, and inventory levels.
-
Conduct dealer meets, promotional activities, and market development
initiatives.

Generate business from retail channels and support project opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
-
3–8 years of sales experience in Building Material Industry.
-
Strong experience in dealer and distributor management.
-
Proven track record in primary sales achievement.
-
Good knowledge of Godhra market.
-
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Graduate/MBA preferred.
