Role Purpose
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the organization's
Performance Excellence
function with
core expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS)
. The role will be responsible for driving a high-performance culture through
robust PMS, Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D),
Organization Development (OD), Employee Engagement, and Leadership Development
initiatives.
This role requires extensive interaction with the
CEO, CXOs, Business Heads, Promoters, and Senior Leadership Team
, ensuring that all Performance Excellence initiatives are aligned with
business strategy and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills,
strategic thinking, and experience in leading enterprise-wide performance
transformation initiatives.
Desired Profile
Qualification

Full-time MBA (HR) / MSW from a reputed institute

Certification in Training & Development (ISTD) preferred
-
Certifications in Psychometric Assessments (Thomas PPA, MBTI, DISC, Hogan
etc.), Coaching, or OD interventions will be an added advantage.
Experience
-
12–15 years of HR experience.

Minimum 8–10 years of core experience in
Performance Management Systems (PMS), Talent Management, Organization
Development, and Learning & Development
.

Experience from Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, Chemicals, FMCG,
Consumer Durables, or Multi-location organizations preferred.

Prior HRBP exposure supporting Sales/Commercial/Business Functions is
desirable.

Mandatory experience managing a team.
Mandatory Requirements

Strong expertise in designing and driving enterprise-wide
Performance Management Systems (PMS).

Extensive experience working directly with
CEO, CXOs, Promoters, Business Heads, and Leadership Teams.

Experience leading organization-wide appraisal cycles, calibration
discussions, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Strong exposure to HR analytics, dashboards, performance scorecards, and
executive reporting.

Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing HR teams.

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Mumbai.
