Area Sales Manager - Project Sales - Pipe Division
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager for Project Sales in the Pipe Division plays a critical
role in driving revenue and expanding market presence in the building material
industry. This position is responsible for developing strategic sales plans,
managing key accounts, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets
while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and meet sales
targets in the Pipe Division.

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive
project sales and secure long-term contracts.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track
industry trends to stay competitive.

Lead, train, and mentor a sales team, setting performance standards and
providing ongoing support and guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project
specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for
upper management to inform strategic decisions.

Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand
professional networks.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the building
materials or pipe industry.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence
and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to analyze
and interpret sales data.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned
territory.
