Territory Sales Executive (TSE)
Location:
Barmer, Rajasthan
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to drive retail/channel
sales in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for
developing the dealer and distributor network, achieving sales targets,
expanding market coverage, and strengthening customer relationships.
Candidates from the
Building Materials industry
are preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.

Manage and develop dealer and distributor network.

Appoint new dealers/distributors to increase market penetration.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.

Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key
influencers.

Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
-
3–8 years of experience in Channel/Retail Sales.

Experience in handling dealers and distributors.
-
Strong knowledge of the Barmer/Rajasthan market.
-
Good communication and negotiation skills.
-
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
