ERP & Inventory Operations Executive

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as an ERP & Inventory Operations Executive and play a crucial role in managing back-end operations and inventory data management for Fynd Store OS across Péro’s warehouse, retail stores, and partner locations. Leverage your skills to ensure seamless implementation and effective day-to-day operations, making a significant impact on our supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product master, SKU creation, inventory uploads, and ensure stock data accuracy across all retail and partner stores.
  • Own barcode generation, printing, tagging, and coordination with suppliers of barcodes, labels, and printers.
  • Support Fynd ERP implementation, including testing, go-live processes, and post-launch stabilization.
  • Monitor GRNs, stock transfers, returns, stock reconciliation, and maintain inventory integrity across multiple locations.
  • Generate daily MIS and inventory reports; proactively identify and resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Warehouse, Retail, Finance, and the Fynd implementation team to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Troubleshoot operational and system issues, driving them to closure efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years' experience in ERP, inventory, or retail back-end operations for fashion, luxury, or designer brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Fynd, Ginesys, SAP, or similar retail ERP/POS platforms.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis capabilities).
  • Well-networked with barcode, label, and printer vendors.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of independently driving operational problem-solving initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in implementing inventory management systems in high-paced retail environments.
  • Knowledge of fashion retail trends and operational best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for staff on ERP systems..
