Sr.Production Planning 

Job Summary:

The Production Planning Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing the production planning and execution of assigned product verticals. This position drives operational efficiency, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and on-time delivery, while collaborating with various teams to elevate product quality and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own production planning and execution across assigned product verticals to meet strategic goals.
• Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery schedules to optimize turnaround times.
• Ensure production efficiency, capacity utilization, and adherence to on-time delivery standards.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Design, Textiles, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure product excellence.
• Manage vendor follow-ups, critical paths, and production trackers to maintain workflow integrity.
• Analyze production performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to mitigate risks and resolve production issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables to analyze data.
• In-depth garment technical knowledge and experience in production processes.
• Proven track record in production planning and execution within the apparel industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Fashion Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.

• Experience in handwork, embroidery, and working with artisanal luxury or premium apparel brands.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the fashion industry and production technologies.
