Sr.Merchandiser Planner
Job Summary:
The Merchandiser Planner plays a critical role in managing production planning
across specific verticals to ensure efficiency and optimal resource
allocation. This position impacts the organization by enhancing delivery
adherence and driving capacity optimization, contributing to overall
operational success.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end production planning process within assigned
verticals to ensure project delivery timelines are met.

Drive efficiency improvements and capacity optimization initiatives across
the production cycle.

Assess capacity availability and work resources to create and maintain
production and delivery schedules, optimizing turnaround time.

Lead cross-functional coordination efforts with design, textiles, and
merchandising teams to align production goals and timelines.

Utilize advanced Excel formulas to analyze data and support planning
decisions, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders to facilitate
smooth operations and address any production challenges.

Implement best practices in production planning to enhance workflow
efficiencies and reduce lead times.
Requirements:

Proven experience in production planning, preferably in the apparel
industry.

Strong knowledge of garment technical specifications and production
techniques.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with formulas
and data manipulation.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
prioritize multiple tasks.
