Production BOM Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Production BOM Coordinator is a crucial role that ensures the effective
creation and management of Bill of Materials (BOM) for our production
processes. This position significantly impacts our operational efficiency,
enabling seamless coordination among various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Own the creation and planning of production Bill of Materials (BOM) across
both in-house units and vendor clusters.

Assess sampling costs accurately, recording inputs to maintain financial
transparency throughout production processes.

Lead cross-functional coordination with design, textiles, and merchandising
teams to align on production requirements and timelines.

Monitor BOM accuracy and make necessary adjustments to optimize material
usage and cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in garment
production and fabric utilization.

Provide training and support to team members regarding BOM processes and
tools.

Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve
any discrepancies in the BOM.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a
related field.

Proven experience in production planning and BOM management in the apparel
industry.
