(Senior) Operations Associate
Job Summary:
The (Senior) Operations Associate at Prosperiti will be a crucial member of
our operations team, focusing on enhancing our organizational efficiency and
compliance. This role plays a pivotal part in securing mission-aligned
resources and optimizing systems that drive Prosperiti's long-term impact
towards economic freedom in India.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive statutory filings by collaborating with accountants, auditors, company
secretaries, and PF consultants to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

Own compliance tracking, maintaining a compliance tracker to monitor
deadlines and regulatory updates, proactively flagging risks and required
actions.

Ensure financial hygiene by reviewing invoices, billing, and financial
records for accuracy and completeness, coordinating monthly book-closing
with the accountant.

Manage service providers by scouting, negotiating, and coordinating with
vendors for proposals across various operational needs, ensuring timely
service delivery.

Run systems and infrastructure to support the effective use of tech-based
tools for hiring, onboarding, and expense management to avoid disruption.

Document systems and processes by drafting and updating internal policy
read-mes as required.

Support talent operations by tracking hiring pipelines, coordinating
onboarding processes, and managing exit documentation.

Manage logistics for events, coordinating offsite learning and development
sessions to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, human
resources, information technology, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in finance, accounts, or general operations
with a focus on execution-heavy tasks.

Strong analytical and numeracy skills coupled with clear and concise
communication abilities.

Proficiency in Zoho, Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable and other relevant
accounting software/tools.

Detail-oriented mindset with a strong curiosity to learn and adapt to new
processes and technologies.

A deep understanding of India’s policy, economic, and governance landscape
is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries are encouraged to apply.

operational efficiency.
