(Senior) Research Analyst
Job Summary:
As a (Senior) Research Analyst at Prosperiti, you will play a critical role in
shaping state regulations by providing insightful research and analytical
support. Your work will directly impact economic freedom in India, aiding
government bodies in reforming labor and building regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze law and regulation by evaluating existing frameworks from multiple
disciplinary perspectives, including economics and political science.

Study centre-state relationships and track rule-making dynamics between the
central and state governments.

Identify best practices in regulatory processes across various states to
enhance policy formulation.

Conduct literature surveys and data analysis, including primary data
collection through interviews, to bolster research efforts.

Create comprehensive written outputs, including policy notes and reports,
ensuring accuracy and clarity for diverse audiences.

Engage with government officials to cultivate partnerships and assist in
impactful regulatory change initiatives.

Visualize research findings through graphics and ensure effective
dissemination of ideas to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Law, Political
Science, Sociology, Public Policy, or a related field.

0-4 years of experience in consulting, legal, government, or political
consulting contexts; entry-level candidates with strong motivations are
welcome.

Desirable experience liaising with government officials and understanding
governmental processes.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas in
simple terms.

Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of a regional language
preferred.

Strong writing and analytical skills with knowledge of public administration
and economics in India.

Proficiency in coding and familiarity with data analysis tools, cloud
applications, and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
