Responsibilities:

• Overall Monitoring and Coordination of Entire Department
• Advanced Planning on New / Revised titles coordinating with Sales Team
• Identifying and assigning titles to the concerned Project coordinators
• Arranging meeting with Authors and finalizing the same
• Finalizing & sign off Blueprint, Timeline and TOC {Table Of Content} made by Project Coordinators
• Take Approval of Templates - Signature from the Management
• Conduct weekly review meeting on Progression of the assigned titles
• Allotment and monitoring of entire DTP / Graphics work
• Intimation of final titles to the Printing Department
• Product information to be provided to the Internal Staff - Billing, Logistic, Sales and Printing
• Take approval for MRP and Cover Design from the management at the 2nd Proof stage
• Negotiating and Finalizing Vendors. Vendors bill approval to be done
• Check output of DTP
• Conduct Product training - Sales, Admin & Billing
• Compiling DTP MIS reports
• Author - add new authors in our kitty can be found through reference, sales executives etc
