Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Engg. & N.P.D

Key Responsibilities -
 Develop CNC and VMC programs for new component development and production
requirements.
 Possess sound knowledge of VMC Programming.
 Have good working knowledge of CNC Programming.
 Be proficient in SolidCAM for programming and machining operations.
 Prepare, modify, and optimize machining programs to achieve productivity, quality,
and cycle time targets.
 Support new product development (NPD) activities by developing machining
processes and programs.
 Conduct trial runs, troubleshoot machining issues, and implement process
improvements.
 Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Quality teams to ensure successful
development and timely execution of new parts.
 Ensure adherence to quality standards, process documentation, and safety
procedures.

Desired Skills -
 Strong understanding of CNC/VMC machining processes and tooling.
 Hands-on experience with SolidCAM software.
 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
