Job Responsibilities-

Drive the following end to end:

a.        Performance Management

b.        Employee Engagement

c.         Rewards & Recognition

d.        Talent Management Initiatives

e.        Employer Branding

f.          Employee Training

g.        Lifecycle Management of Employees PAN India

Travel to South / West/ East Zone for Employee Connect- Travel of atleast 3-6 Days in Month

 Min 8-10 Years Experience, comes with Good Organization Exposure specially on Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Talent Management
