Sales Delivery Manager (SDM)
Job Summary:
The Sales Delivery Manager (SDM) plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily
operations of a full-service branch office within our Retail Banking Group.
This position is responsible for enhancing branch efficiency and ensuring
compliance with banking regulations, while also providing an excellent
customer experience that fosters lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and monitor Account Opening Form (AOF) rejection cases, account
closures, and overdue fixed deposit data to ensure timely resolutions.

Scrutinize and verify customer requests and AOFs as per prescribed
guidelines before facilitating processing.

Drive key service metrics by regularly checking the common pending folder
and conducting random audits of staff drawers to eliminate customer request
backlogs.

Maintain the lowest levels of wait-time by balancing workloads among desks
and analyzing employee productivity daily.

Ensure adherence to corporate attire and grooming guidelines among all staff
members.

Oversee operations, risk control, and compliance at the branch, focusing on
fraud prevention and adherence to regulations.

Facilitate training programs to develop a strong compliance culture amongst
branch staff.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail banking operation, with at
least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance outcomes.
- Experience with risk management and operational auditing practices.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance is a plus.
