Relationship Manager - Business Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business banking customers (SMEs, proprietorships, partnerships, private limited companies).
• Build and manage a portfolio of business clients.
• Sell business banking products, including:
  • Working Capital Loans
  • Cash Credit (CC) & Overdraft (OD)
  • Term Loans
  • Loan Against Property (LAP)
  • Business Loans
  • Current Accounts
  • Trade Finance (LC/BG)
  • Forex services
  • Payment and Transaction Banking solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share.
• Understand customers' financial requirements and provide suitable banking solutions.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring repayments and minimizing NPAs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
