Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch profitability, business growth, and customer acquisition.
• Manage liabilities, assets, CASA, wealth, insurance, and third-party product sales.
• Lead and mentor branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure superior customer experience and relationship management.
• Monitor branch operations, compliance, audit, and risk controls.
• Develop local market strategies to increase business penetration.
• Track branch KPIs and ensure achievement of business goals.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances effectively.
