Position Purpose
Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer
through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market
sourcing.
Position Responsibilities
Sales
- Identify and launch new LAGO branches in the designated cluster.
- Managing teams of Gold Loan Officer (GLO) in the regions.
- Ensure sales productivity at GLO level.
- Recruitment of GLOs wherever required.
- Achieving sales targets both at branch & cluster level.
- Ensure minimum productivity level at branch level.
- Ensure threshold ROI / Fee at branch level.

Devise and implement various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in
and around branches through sales and regional marketing teams.

Ensure in branch visibility for LAGO product using standard marketing
collaterals.
Support

Conduct regular branch level training product/process related to LAGO.

Undertake BTL campaigns for customer awareness and drive lead
generation.

Co-ordination with support functions to ensure upkeep of required infra
for LAGO operations.
- Support branch with LAGO related audit queries.
- Handhold branch for conducting physical Auction.
- Follow up with branch / customer for delinquent customer.

Engage with support functions such as Credit, Operations, Product etc in
executing changes in loan process, documentation etc.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential
Graduate / Master (Preferred) - 6 to 10 years of experience.
Threshold Competencies
-
Good understanding of the financial services business, prior experience
of working on a sales role in Retail Loans & Gold Loans.

Well versed with local geographical market, property market & small
businesses in and around the territory.
- Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.

Good written & verbal communication. Well versed with local language to
engage with customer.
