The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a
portfolio of Premium / Aspire Banking customers by offering customized banking
and wealth solutions. The role focuses on deepening customer relationships,
increasing liabilities, driving cross-sell of financial products, and ensuring
superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage Premium / Aspire Banking customers for the bank.
Build strong customer relationships to enhance portfolio value and customer
retention.
Drive CASA growth through Savings and Current Account acquisition.
Cross-sell banking and investment products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds,
FD, SIP, Loans, and Wealth Products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Provide financial solutions based on customer needs and risk appetite.
Ensure regular engagement with customers through meetings and portfolio
reviews.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Comply with all banking regulations and internal processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, CASA Sales, Insurance, or
Financial Services preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with customer handling ability.
Knowledge of banking and financial products will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Private Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, or Wealth firms preferred.
Experience in handling affluent or premium customers.
Good understanding of investments and wealth products.
