- Manage liabilities, assets, CASA, wealth, insurance, and third-party product sales.
- Lead and mentor branch staff to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ensure superior customer experience and relationship management.
- Monitor branch operations, compliance, audit, and risk controls.
- Develop local market strategies to increase business penetration.
- Track branch KPIs and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances effectively.
