Reporting To	Cluster Sales Manager – Loan Against Gold Ornaments

Position Purpose

Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market sourcing

Position Responsibilities

Sales

• Achieving sales targets for assigned branches.
• Ensure minimum productivity for assigned branches.
• Undertake various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in and around branches.
• Ensure in branch visibility for LAGO product using standard marketing collaterals.

Support

• Conduct regular branch level training product/process related to LAGO.
• Undertake BTL campaigns for customer awareness and drive lead generation.
• Co-ordination with support functions to ensure upkeep of required infra for LAGO operations.
• Handhold branch for conducting physical Auction.
• Follow up with branch/customer for delinquent customer.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential

• Graduate
• 1 to 4 years of experience
• Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.

Threshold Competencies

• Prior experience of working on a sales role in Retail Loans preferably in Gold Loans
• Well versed with local geographical market, property market & small businesses in and around the territory.
• Adequate written & verbal communication and well verse with local language to engage with customer.
