AMFI / NISM certified

IRDA Certification

Experience

Relationship Management experience in Banks, NBFC, Brokerage houses

Experience – 3 yrs +

Key Roles

• Achieve personal and business unit goals by implementing a variety of Relationship deepening techniques and new business acquisition activities
• Acquiring and managing Resident and NRI clients
• Collaboration with product specialists to ensure engagement of clients with superior and tailored Banking & Wealth management solutions
• Work in close coordination with Service Delivery Ambassadors to deliver superior service to clients
• Cross-sell Trade & Fx, Wealth, Insurance products to clients
• Portfolio allocations, reviews & financial check-ups for each client according to defined frequency
• Ensuring 360° client engagement – “Total Client Ownership”
• Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
