Operations Profile - Retail Branch Banking

Job Summary:

The Operations Profile in Retail Branch Banking is a vital role that ensures the efficient functioning of day-to-day banking operations. This position impacts customer satisfaction and retention by optimizing service delivery and operational procedures within our retail branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage and train branch staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Review and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer transactions and safeguard against fraud.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a retail branch environment.
  • Strong knowledge of banking procedures, regulatory compliance, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on operational performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
