Job Summary:

As a Service Delivery Ambassador - Cashier at RBL Bank, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a seamless cash handling experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments while adhering to banking policies.
• Engage with customers to provide information regarding bank products and services, and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy by monitoring cash inflow and outflow, and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized environment in the branch, contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers in resolving any transactional issues and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines during cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with branch staff to support overall branch operations and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
