Your Role as a Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data
and analytics
implementation projects for some of the world’s most recognized retailers.
You’ll own the
project plan, drive alignment across teams, manage timelines and budgets, and
ensure
customers feel confident and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
Lead End-to-End Project Delivery
● Manage complex software and data implementation projects from kickoff
through go-live
and stabilization.
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the level of
quality is known
for.
● Drive clarity across all project phases, ensuring teams know exactly what
needs to
happen and when.
Develop and Own Project Plans
● Create detailed project schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and
dependency
maps.
● Manage the critical path and adjust plans proactively to keep the project on
track.
● Maintain clear, accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Serve as the Primary Customer Contact
● Provide consistent, executive-level status updates and insights.
● Facilitate decision-making by presenting risks, options, and recommendations
clearly.
● Maintain strong, professional relationships with customer stakeholders at
all levels.
Anticipate & Mitigate Risks
● Identify potential issues early and drive action plans to prevent or resolve
them.
● Ensure escalation paths are clear, timely, and effective.
● Communicate risks transparently to stakeholders and guide the team toward
solutions.
Align and Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams
● Ensure every team member—onshore, offshore, internal, customer, or
partner—understands their roles and responsibilities.
● Coordinate with Solution Architects, Implementation Consultants, Business
Analysts, Data
Engineers, and third-party vendors to keep workstreams aligned.
● Foster accountability, collaboration, and a positive team environment.
Maintain Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
● Balance technical, operational, and strategic priorities to deliver clear
communication
tailored to each audience.
● Document and communicate decisions, changes in scope, and project impacts.
● Facilitate meetings that are organized, structured, and productive.
Drive Continuous Improvement
● Capture and share lessons learned to enhance future projects and internal
processes.
● Champion best practices in project governance, documentation, and
stakeholder
engagement.
● Identify opportunities for additional project phases or value-added work
within existing
customers.
What You Bring
● 16years of project management experience in software implementation, data
analytics, or
SaaS environments.
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall,
hybrid).\
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with
multiple
stakeholders.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Ability to anticipate issues, solve problems proactively, and keep teams
aligned.
● Experience working with global/offshore teams is a plus.
● A positive, collaborative attitude—someone who keeps things structured but
can still
bring some fun to the process.
