GTM Engineer

Job Summary:

Join Refold AI as a GTM Engineer and play a crucial role in reshaping our go-to-market strategy with innovative solutions. This position allows you to build our GTM stack from the ground up, leading to increased efficiency and growth for our rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement the GTM stack from first principles, including CRM (HubSpot), lifecycle stages, and automation workflows.
• Develop and execute growth experiments across the sales funnel, including landing page optimization, onboarding flows, and data pipelines.
• Measure and analyze funnel performance; create actionable dashboards and reporting that enhance decision-making across teams.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting, ensuring reliability for Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Automate repetitive GTM operations using AI agents and streamlined workflows, focusing on efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with founders, sales, and marketing to transform distribution ideas into actionable systems and solutions.
• Manage growth experiments with a focus on gaining insights quickly and adapting strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience building and managing end-to-end GTM or RevOps stacks in startup environments.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in creating automations and internal tools using APIs and no/low-code platforms.
• Expertise with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and a deep understanding of funnel design, routing, and attribution.
• Proven record of running growth experiments and leveraging data to inform investment decisions throughout the sales funnel.
• Adept at working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment without a predefined playbook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in HubSpot, with a strong understanding of usage-based or consumption pricing models.
• Experience working with AI development tools and shipping workflows that enhance team productivity.
• Evidenced success in a previous zero-to-one project that gained traction within the organization.
