Job Description
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field staff for
CBG/CNG Operation.
Coordination & follow up with vendors for resolution of complaints received from CNG/CBG Stations within defined SLA.
Receive, track, and close complaints in the company's Complaint portal.
Monitor ongoing issues and ensure regular follow-up until closure.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues promptly.
Analyze recurring problems and recommend corrective actions.
Track implementation of action plans for repeated complaints.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with OEM representatives and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Verify operational checklists and maintain accurate documentation and reporting records.
Planning & coordination with Team & vendor for Monthly/Quarterly Maintenance of Equipment’s installed at CNG/CBG Station.
Maintain Asset register, calibration details of instruments, Hydrotest details, PESO compliance, service reports, etc.
Timely closure of Complaints on Portal, maintain complaint log & prepare analyzed report
Monitor Compressor parameters, performance & assign actions to maintain efficiency, Power consumption within limit.
Ensure that the team engaged at site are following company's Safety
guidelines.
