Specific Responsibilities
Eligibility:
- Min 4 + years of Experience
- Life insurance experience, preferably Agency and Direct Marketing
- Min 2 years of team handling experience

Earning on an average 5 – 10 k incentives per month or avg of 1-2 lacs
in a year
Role:
- To support LPOs in Joint field work, min 2 JFW per day
- To achieve given monthly target
- 100% activation in the team

Drive input activities by Planning Lead generation activities on weekly
basis

Hiring the right set of employees as LPOs (Champion, WIM and TLPO)
- Always maintaining the required Persistency at 90% and above

Plan recruitment drives to ensure 2-3 good quality hiring every month
