About the Role
RESRG Automotive is seeking an experienced
Dayforce Administrator
to manage, maintain, and optimize the Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM)
platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration,
configuration, user support, data integrity, reporting, and continuous
improvement of HR processes within Dayforce.
This role requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and business
stakeholders to ensure the Dayforce platform effectively supports
organizational needs while delivering a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Dayforce HCM platform, ensuring system
reliability, security, and data accuracy.

Configure and support Dayforce modules, including HR, Payroll, Time &
Attendance, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, and Workforce
Management, as applicable.

Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and system security.
-
Support system upgrades, releases, testing, and implementation of new
features.

Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner.

Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather business
requirements and implement system enhancements.

Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Ensure data integrity through regular audits, validation, and reconciliation
activities.

Support HR system integrations with internal and third-party applications.
-
Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and standard
operating procedures (SOPs).

Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to HR and business
users.

Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements and automation
opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and audit
requirements.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science,
Business Administration, or a related field.

3–7 years of experience administering the Dayforce HCM platform.
-
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting one or more Dayforce modules.
-
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
-
Experience with Dayforce reporting, workflows, and security administration.
-
Knowledge of system integrations and data management.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience supporting global or multi-country Dayforce implementations.
-
Knowledge of HRIS best practices and HCM processes.
-
Experience with HR system integrations and APIs.
-
Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools is an advantage.

Experience working in manufacturing or automotive organizations is
preferred.

Dayforce certification(s) would be an added advantage.
