About the Role
RESRG Automotive is seeking an experienced Teamcenter User to support
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) activities across engineering and
manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using
Siemens Teamcenter for product data management, engineering change
processes, BOM management, and document control in an automotive
environment.
Key Responsibilities

Use Siemens Teamcenter for day-to-day PLM activities, including product
data and document management.

Create, update, and maintain Engineering Bills of Materials (EBOMs) and
related product structures.

Manage engineering documents, CAD data, specifications, and associated
metadata within Teamcenter.

Support Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR/ECO) workflows and ensure
timely execution.

Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to
maintain data accuracy and consistency.

Perform product structure validation and ensure compliance with company
standards and PLM processes.

Support release management activities, including part creation, revisions,
and lifecycle status updates.

Troubleshoot user issues related to Teamcenter and collaborate with PLM
administrators for resolution.

Ensure adherence to data governance, naming conventions, and document
control procedures.

Assist in user training and provide guidance on Teamcenter best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
4–8 years of hands-on experience working with Siemens Teamcenter.

Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts.

Experience in BOM management, document management, and engineering change
processes.

Familiarity with CAD integrations such as NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks
is an advantage.

Knowledge of product structures, revisions, configurations, and release
processes.

Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Good understanding of engineering documentation and configuration
management.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Exposure to Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) is an added advantage.

Experience with Teamcenter workflows, access control, and lifecycle
management.

Understanding of automotive standards and engineering processes.
