Chartered Accountant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of
experience to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a
pivotal part in our financial planning and capital rising initiatives,
ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving the financial strategy of the
organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions and
financial planning.

Oversee the capital raising process, including thorough financial modeling
and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information and adherence
to policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and

Guide and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a collaborative work

Requirements:
- Current Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in
capital raising.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with strong Excel skills.

effectively.

Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax
laws.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
