Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decisions and financial planning.
• Oversee the capital raising process, including thorough financial modeling and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits to ensure the accuracy of financial information and adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting systems.
• Guide and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Current Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in capital raising.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with strong Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
