Chief Finance Officer
Job Summary:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in steering the
financial direction of our organization, with the primary responsibility of
ensuring financial health and sustainable growth. This executive will lead a
team of 15 finance professionals, driving strategies to prepare the company
for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) within the next four years.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align
with the company’s strategic objectives.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy
and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Manage the company’s accounting practices, including accounts payable,
accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Lead negotiations and deal-making initiatives, strategically managing
relationships with stakeholders, partners, and investors.

Develop tax strategies, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial
performance within legal regulations.

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define financial goals and
monitor the organization’s performance against these targets.

Continuously assess and improve financial processes, systems, and controls
to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's
degree or MBA is preferred.

A minimum of 15 years of finance experience in senior roles, with proven
expertise in P&L management.

Strong understanding of taxation laws and their implications for corporate
financial strategy.

Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in deal-making within a
corporate environment.

Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic financial
planning tools.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of
fostering high-performance finance teams.

Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial
stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading a company through the IPO process is highly desirable.
