QA Automation

Key Requirements:     

• 10 to 12+ years in QA Automation and Quality Engineering, with experience in Automation Architecture/Leadership roles.
• Strong experience reviewing and governing automation across multiple projects and teams.
• Ability to challenge Test Managers, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
• Define, enforce, and enhance automation frameworks, coding standards, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency and quality of automation implementation across all projects.
• Experience with modern automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API Automation, CI/CD).
• Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Test Automation maturity models.
• Experience defining enterprise automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Exposure to AI-enabled testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with leadership teams to define future-state QA and automation strategy.

Preferred Profile:

• Principal/Architect-level candidate rather than a hands-on automation engineer.
• Proven track record of driving automation transformation in large global organizations.
• Experience establishing governance, standards, and enterprise-wide automation excellence.

Primary Objective:  Lead the evolution of automation to "Automation 2.0", introduce AI-driven quality engineering practices, and ensure all projects align with organizational automation standards and best practices.
