We are looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep Android expertise and strong cross-platform development experience to join our team building product-grade mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who has shipped real, scaled mobile products (not side projects or MVPs) and is comfortable working in a regulated, high-stakes domain.
Experience Required
• 6–10 years of total software engineering experience
• 4+ years specifically building Android applications
• Proven track record delivering product-grade mobile apps used by real end-users at scale — ideally within regulated domains such as healthcare, fintech, or clinical technology
Technical Skills
• Android development: Strong hands-on experience with native Android app development and architecture
• .NET / C#: Solid grounding in .NET and C# fundamentals
• Cross-platform frameworks: Experience with .NET MAUI strongly preferred; Xamarin experience also acceptable
• Architecture: Practical experience with MVVM architecture patterns
• APIs & Data: Building and consuming REST APIs; implementing offline storage / local data persistence strategies
• Hardware integrations: Experience with Bluetooth and SDK integrations (e.g., connecting to external devices/hardware)
AI-Assisted Development
• Comfortable working with agentic and AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor)
• Able to clearly articulate how and where AI tools fit into their day-to-day workflow — this will be explored in interviews
Communication & Collaboration
• Strong ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, including product owners and UX/UI designers, in clear, user-centric language
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced product environment
