Solution Architect

Job Summary:

The Solution Architect plays a critical role in designing and implementing end-to-end architectural solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. This position involves collaborating with teams and stakeholders to create efficient, secure, and innovative solutions in the telecom domain, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain end-to-end architectural solutions that cover application, data, and infrastructure.
• Develop and design detailed specifications for integration, products, and technologies.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure that solutions are delivered as planned and address any emerging issues.
• Build and nurture relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide consultancy to business stakeholders to capture their ideas, organize them, and communicate viable solutions and associated costs.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with established security and technology standards.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in modern security practices, API platform design, and functional design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 10-12 years of IT experience across all phases of software development and implementation.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in IT consulting or in a solution architect role.
• Strong experience in the Telecom domain with relevant certifications (e.g., TM Forum, TOGAF).
• Proven track record in delivering solutions for telecom clients in BSS and OSS areas.
• Well-versed in Voice and Broadband service offerings and the Lead to Cash process in B2C environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with industry best practices and design patterns.
• Ability to lead technology consulting engagements and solution workshops effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
