Job Summary:

The Developer role is critical in advancing our organization's airline engineering and maintenance capabilities through digital solutions. By developing and optimizing predictive analytics and data science models, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and test system code utilizing standard Software Development practices to build predictive analytics and data science models.
• Create inference codes and implement strategies for code maintenance and optimization, including data quality checks and error handling practices.
• Design and develop standardized unit and regression test plans for inference code to ensure functionality and performance.
• Establish monitoring capabilities for data science models to assess data quality, model accuracy, bias, and feature attribution drift.
• Triage product issues by debugging and tracking the root cause, resolving faults through code troubleshooting and developing necessary automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer with a focus on data science products.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a track record of code optimization techniques implemented in Python.
• Experience with AWS technologies, including SageMaker, Athena, and S3, along with an understanding of AWS services like SageMaker Model Monitor and CloudWatch.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement software requirements effectively within team environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex issues with strategic solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to airline engineering and maintenance (MRO) frameworks and practices.
• Experience in AI and automation technologies that enhance operational workflows.
• Familiarity with data science model monitoring tools and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
