Smart Contract Developer
Job Summary:
Join our Digital Asset Development team as a Smart Contract Developer, where
you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying smart
contracts that power our institutional digital asset capabilities. This
hands-on position requires a strong focus on security and efficiency to build
scalable and robust digital asset products that meet both business and
technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Design and implement robust, efficient, and secure smart contracts for EVM
and non-EVM networks, aligning contract behavior with product and platform
requirements.
-
Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to translate business
logic into decentralized logic, ensuring correctness, resilience, and clear
operational semantics.
-
Develop and maintain smart contracts supporting tokenization and lifecycle
operations, including patterns for permissioning, whitelisting, and proxy
upgrades as needed.
-
Build comprehensive unit and integration tests, contributing to quality
gates for contract releases and performing internal security reviews.
-
Own and evolve the smart contract toolchain to ensure tools are integrated
into the SDLC tollgates, supporting consistent coverage and secure-by-design
outcomes.
-
Build and maintain smart contract CI/CD workflows to automate
build/test/analysis artifacts and support controlled deployments in line
with enterprise SDLC governance.
-
Coordinate with third-party smart contract auditors to prepare audit-ready
packages and facilitate audit processes, driving remediation and re-test
cycles.

-
Strong experience developing smart contracts in Solidity or similar
languages with a security-first mindset.
-
Proficient in the smart contract lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and
maintain.
-
Deep understanding of
token standards and advanced token model
s, with the ability to implement them effectively.
-
Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and the capacity to identify and
mitigate common vulnerability classes.
-
Experience with s
mart contract development tools (such as Hardhat) and modern testing
patterns.
-
Web3 integration experience using libraries such as Ethers.js or Web3.js for
interacting with smart contracts.
-
Understanding of blockchain cryptography fundamentals and best practices in
securing blockchain transactions and wallets.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience building dApps and integrating front ends with smart contracts.
-
Familiarity with institutional digital asset platform components such as
tokenization and smart contract management.
-
Knowledge of gas optimization techniques and scalability methods within
blockchain environments.
-
Exposure to microservices and back-end integration in modern stacks
(NodeJS/Java/C#).
-
Experience with non-EVM smart contract platforms and adapting designs
accordingly.
