Job Summary:
The Lead Embedded Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in enhancing
manufacturing efficiency by developing innovative software solutions tailored
for cycle time reduction. This position demands a skilled engineer who
combines technical expertise in embedded systems with a deep understanding of
automotive processes to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize software solutions aimed at reducing cycle times in
manufacturing processes.

Analyze and interpret CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication logs to identify
inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Implement C++ based solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

Conduct performance tuning and bottleneck analysis to ensure optimal
execution efficiency.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to design and implement automation
solutions that improve process efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues in live production
environments.

Ensure compliance with automotive standards and quality processes throughout
the development lifecycle.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical
Engineering, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in embedded software development and system
performance optimization.

Proficiency in C++ programming for high-performance applications.

Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN,
and Ethernet.

Demonstrated experience in analyzing communication logs with strong
analytical skills for cycle time reduction.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation systems relevant to the
automotive industry.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system performance issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to data analysis tools and scripting languages such as Python or
MATLAB.

Experience with advanced diagnostic tools including CANoe, CANalyzer, or
Wireshark.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
-
Understanding of ASPICE / ISO 26262 standards.
-
Experience in industrial automation or smart manufacturing systems would be
an advantage.
