Oracle OFSAA FCCM Product Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle OFSAA FCCM Product Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and customizing solutions in Oracle's financial services analytics, significantly impacting our data management capabilities and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and customize Oracle OFSAA FCCM products including ECM, CRR KYC, SAR, STR, and Compliance Studio to meet organizational needs.
• Develop and implement Data Quality Frameworks and Data Flow diagrams, ensuring robust data management throughout the organization.
• Review and provide feedback on Source to Target data mapping documents to ensure data integrity and streamline processes.
• Utilize technical skills in Java, PL/SQL, and Python to develop comprehensive solutions that enhance existing functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product design with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Continuously monitor and improve data ETL controls to maintain high standards of data accuracy and security.
• Provide training and support to junior team members in Oracle OFSAA best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle OFSAA FCCM product design and customization.
• Strong understanding of Data Management capabilities and experience in developing Data Quality Frameworks.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical metadata and source-target data mapping documents.
• Technical skills in Java, PL/SQL, and Python, with a proven track record in product development.
• Solid experience with data integrator hub (ODIDIH) and analytical tools within the OFSAA ecosystem.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) modules.
• Familiarity with risk management principles within a financial services context.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in data management and analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions and data warehousing technologies.
