Siebel CRM Business Analyst
Job Summary:
The Siebel CRM Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing our telecom
solutions through effective implementation and management of Siebel CRM. This
position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design,
develop, and maintain systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate
them into technical specifications for Siebel CRM and Order Management.

Design and develop Siebel 7.x and 8.x applications, leveraging workflows,
EAI, and other integration tools to optimize functionality.

Configure Siebel components and perform system testing to validate
application performance and adherence to specifications.

Implement loyalty management features and ensure seamless integration with
existing telecom systems.

Conduct regular system evaluations and leverage feedback to enhance
processes and improve functionality.

Maintain detailed documentation of system design, workflows, and integration
points to ensure clarity and continuity.

Engage in post-implementation support and tune systems based on user
feedback to enhance overall experience.
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience working with Siebel CRM, including experience
in versions 7.x and 8.x.

Proficiency in Siebel order management, including configuration and
customization of workflows and e-Script.

Strong understanding of telecom business processes and the ability to
translate them into effective system solutions.

Experience with EAI, Web Services, and other integration methodologies to
ensure seamless data flow.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and
influence stakeholders.

while tracking progress effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
