OFSAA Functional Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled OFSAA Functional Lead to take charge of functional analysis, validation, and support during the upgrade of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). This pivotal role directly impacts the optimization of our financial analytical processes, ensuring seamless enhancements that align with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support functional aspects of the OFSAA upgrade from version 8.x to newer iterations.
• Perform impact analysis and validation for Financial Services Data Framework (FSDF) and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
• Ensure fidelity of existing processes post-upgrade with no functional or data impacts.
• Validate reconciliations, balances, and reports during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel runs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to identify and resolve functional and data-related issues.

Requirements:

• Strong functional experience in OFSAA, particularly in FSDF and GL reconciliation.
• Hands-on knowledge of OFSAA data sourcing, mappings, and hierarchies.
• Understanding of reconciliation rules, thresholds, breaks, and exceptions.
• Expertise in data quality checks and validation processes.
• Experience in managing OFSAA upgrades or patch deployments successfully.
• Ability to analyze pre and post-upgrade outputs and identify any gaps.
• A solid understanding of financial data, charts of accounts, and reconciliations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with FTP, ALM, and Regulatory Reporting modules.
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Strong documentation skills alongside effective stakeholder communication.
