Senior Full-Stack Developer
Role Overview
The Senior Full-Stack Developer will own feature design, ensure technical quality, mentor team members, and drive best practices across backend and frontend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Groovy, and Grails
Build reusable and high-performance UI components using React
Own API design, data modelling, and module-level architecture
Perform in-depth code reviews and mentor mid-level developers
Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of applications
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and DevOps teams
Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Java, Groovy, and Grails
Advanced experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and React
Solid understanding of design patterns and system design
Experience building and integrating RESTful services
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Good-to-Have Skills (CI/CD & Cloud)

Hands-on experience designing or improving CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Integration of automated tests, quality checks, and build validations
Strong experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Understanding of scalability, availability, and cloud-based deployments
Experience with logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
AI & Productivity
Actively use GitHub Copilot for:
oFeature scaffolding
oRefactoring and optimization
oTest and documentation generation
oReview and improve AI-generated outputs
oPromote responsible AI usage within the team
