About the Role
Sesa is the Dabur's flagship brand, and this role sits at the centre of its marketing engine — owning execution across influencer marketing, brand launches, and stakeholder coordination. We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with sharp operational discipline.
1.
NPD Launches & Campaigns
– Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches and
brand campaigns, from concept briefing through go-to-market, ensuring
consistency across all touchpoints.
2.
Operational Workflow Management
– Drive meticulous, deadline-driven coordination across multiple
internal stakeholders (sales, supply chain, finance, design, regulatory)
and external agencies to keep all marketing initiatives on track.
3.
Cross-functional Collaboration
– Act as the connecting link between brand strategy and execution
teams, ensuring smooth handoffs, proactive issue resolution, and alignment
with overall brand vision.
4.
Influencer & Creator Management
– Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships end-to-end;
negotiate deliverables, track content quality and timelines, and measure
campaign ROI against brand objectives.
5.
Marketing Presentations & Reporting
– Build clear, compelling presentations for leadership and
cross-functional teams covering campaign performance, market insights, and
brand strategy recommendations.
6.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
– Monitoring sales activity and competition pricing, activities,
communication (sales, digital etc.) to generate actionable insights and
inform budget/strategy decisions.
7.
Budget & Vendor Management
– Track marketing spends against budgets, manage agency/vendor
relationships, and ensure timely approvals and billing closures.
Ideal Candidate Profile

+ years of experience in brand management or client servicing, within an
advertising/marketing agency environment
·
Strong project management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple
stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
·
Comfortable with data — able to translate numbers into clear narratives
and decisions.

Excellent presentation and communication skills
·
High attention to detail and a bias toward operational rigor.
