Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant
operations, drive service excellence, and manage teams with professionalism
and accountability. The ideal candidate will possess strong people-management
skills and solid F&B operational knowledge, providing hands-on leadership
to enhance our restaurant experience across UAE.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth
service delivery across all shifts.

Lead by example on the floor, demonstrating professional conduct, calm
decision-making, and strong guest engagement.

Create a service culture focused on respect, discipline, teamwork, and
consistent guest satisfaction.

Manage, coach, and motivate service teams to meet performance, grooming,
hygiene, and service standards.

Ensure all team members follow SOPs, service sequences, and brand guidelines
at all times.

Monitor guest feedback, handle escalations professionally, and take
corrective actions when required.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and compliance
with local regulations.

Plan staff rosters effectively to ensure adequate coverage while controlling
manpower costs.

Conduct daily briefings, shift handovers, and performance follow-ups with
the team.

Oversee inventory, stock control, ordering, and wastage management in
coordination with kitchen and store teams.

Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to financial controls
and company policies.

Identify training needs and support ongoing development of team members.

Coordinate closely with central operations, HR, and support teams to
implement company initiatives.

Uphold discipline, fairness, and professionalism while handling employee
performance and behavioural issues.
Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2–3
years as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and team
leadership.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages will be
an advantage).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Proven experience in managing teams, guest relations, and operational
controls.

Experience with Indian, Arabic, or Asian cuisine restaurants is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to implement successful service initiatives and drive
operational efficiency.
