Catering Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Catering Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the operations of
our central kitchen unit, ensuring the efficient dispatch of food orders to
various catering locations. This position is essential for maintaining high
standards of food safety and inventory management, directly impacting customer
satisfaction and the overall success of our catering services.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the central kitchen unit, ensuring seamless flow
of food preparation and dispatch.

Oversee the coordination and dispatch of meals according to cooking orders,
maintaining timely delivery to catering sites.

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to create production schedules that
meet demand while optimizing resource use.

Implement and enforce food safety regulations and best practices to ensure
compliance with health standards.

Conduct inventory checks and manage supplies to ensure the kitchen is fully
stocked and operational.

Train and mentor kitchen staff on food handling procedures and operational
efficiency.

Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement to enhance
service delivery.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar role within the
food service industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a
commercial kitchen environment.

Experience managing inventory and food dispatching processes effectively.
