Waiter / Waitress
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in opening our newest Golden Dragon, a premier Pan Asian
Cuisine restaurant in Deerfield Mall, Abu Dhabi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you
will provide exceptional dining experiences, showcasing our diverse menu while
contributing to our vibrant atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service by attentively taking orders and promptly
serving food and beverages to guests.

Facilitate a welcoming dining environment by greeting customers, answering
questions about the menu, and accommodating special requests.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order
fulfillment and presentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including
resetting tables and managing utensils and condiments.

Process payments efficiently, reconciling cash register and handling guest
inquiries with professionalism.

Support team members by assisting in training new staff and sharing best
practices in service delivery.

Stay informed about menu changes and promotions to effectively communicate
with guests and enhance their experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-paced restaurant setting
is preferred.

Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional
customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
concurrently.

Basic mathematical skills for processing payments and managing cash.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
