Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to own branding
and growth for ShareSquare. The role will drive brand strategy, user
acquisition, digital marketing, lead generation, agency management and
market positioning while working closely with the leadership team in
Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Own and strengthen ShareSquare's brand identity across digital and
offline channels.
Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies covering SEO,
SMO, SMM, paid media, email marketing, content, partnerships and lead
generation.
Manage external agencies and vendors for branding, creative, PR, media
buying and performance marketing.
Design and execute B2C lead generation campaigns focused on qualified
customer acquisition.
Collaborate with product, sales, operations, design and leadership teams
for campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, ROI, dashboards and optimization
initiatives.
Translate leadership vision into executable marketing roadmaps.
Plan, manage and optimize the marketing budget.
Requirements
10–12 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
Preferred experience in Financial Services, Banking, Real Estate or
Wealth Management.
Strong expertise in SEO, SMO, SMM, performance marketing, lead
generation and brand building.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
